Helen.sztarkman@SharonviewRealty.com		 Helen Sztarkman is a Broker/Realtor® who has lived and worked in Charlotte since 1993. With a law degree and experience in the legal practice, Helen brings unique and valuable insight into real estate transactions.

Helen has worked with a wide variety of buyers and sellers of residential property and land. As an Accredited Buyers' Representative (ABR), Helen has developed the in-depth knowledge and experience to assist buyers in finding the right living situation for their specific needs. Additionally, having earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, Helen has developed an expertise in understanding the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.

Helen grew up in metro Detroit, and lived and worked in Michigan and Ohio before she was "relocated" to Charlotte in a corporate move. She keenly understands the needs and concerns of those relocating from other parts of the country, having been through the process herself.

Helen is active in a number of local civic organizations. She is also a current board member of Carolina Professional Saleswomen and Entrepreneurs and Carolina Ballroom Dance Club.
